Restorative Yoga Workshop - August 28, 2022
Yoga is back at Moon Medicine Therapeutics - this time with a 90-minute restorative yoga workshop in August! This class is intended for all experience levels. All our teachers offer modifications to increase or decrease the level of difficulty, which allows a wider range of diversity for our students.
When the pandemic hit, we realized we needed to revamp the way we offered yoga classes if yoga here was going to survive. Classes are offered on specific dates with no refunds for a missed class. This format allows us to ensure we have enough interest and to operate sustainably.
