What Laci does is integrate all these modalities to create a customized, intuitive massage based on the information you communicated and your body’s feedback. When doing any kind of pain management massage, she most commonly refers to Trigger Point referral patterns as her starting point and adjusts pressure, pace, and technique to work with you at your comfort/tolerance level to achieve your goals. Often when working with trigger points, there is quite a lot of intense sensation or discomfort at first, and your body’s reaction is to hold your breath and tense up. Because of this, she will often coach you in certain types of movements, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques so your body can let go of the tension patterns it’s habitually holding on to.

Whether you want to just relax with no discomfort, or you want a deep tissue that “hurts good,” or you just want your problem areas “fixed,” Laci will work with you.
